1 lb ground beef (J&J Farm)
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 small red bell peppers, chopped
Brown meat with onions and bell peppers.
Add seasonings to taste. I think I did 2 TBSP mustard, a few shakes of Chili Powder, a few shakes of cayenne Pepper, a few shakes of garlic salt (be careful... mine came out fast and it turned out a little salty), 2 TBSP Almond Butter.
We served our sloppy joes on a open toasted bread with RAW Cheddar cheese.
Next time I will use more vegetables. Might even just plop the mixture right on a bed vegetables, no bread.
