New and Improved MEATBALLS!

What a week, last week... I am feeling human again and I am feeling the urge to cook! YAY!!! I do not like the feeling of not cooking. I enjoy it. I feel creative. I love providing my family with delicious nutritious food.

This weekend I made meatballs!!!! You can enjoy the meatballs on Spaghetti Squash, Zucchini or tradition noodles or bread. Whatever your choice, these are good!!! :)

The Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tsp Coconut Aminos
1 egg, mixed
2 tsp parsley

The Directions:
Mix the ingredients together. Cook the meatballs on a frying pan with melted coconut oil. Do not over crowd the meatballs. Brown all the sides and add to a pot of tomato sauce (another homemade recipe to come!) Bring sauce to boil and cook until meatballs are cooked all the way through.

ENJOY!!!!

  1. these looks good. I prefer to add some ground pork to my meatballs, as well as some other spices (coriander, chili powder, maybe a minced red onion or garlic).

  3. 3 Researches SHOW How Coconut Oil Kills Belly Fat.

This means that you literally burn fat by eating coconut fat (including coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 researches from big medical journals are sure to turn the conventional nutrition world upside down!
