Am I green yet???

I have a serious love for Brussels Sprouts! 
Therefore, my boys are enjoying a lot of Brussels Sprouts!!! 

 Last night I mixed up another batch of Brussels Sprouts. I seasoned these bad boys with Coconut Aminos, Balsamic Vinegar, Turkey Bacon, Lemon Pepper, Coconut Oil and a splash of Maple Syrup.

I tried another baking method -- BROIL roasting these bad boys. Although they were delicious... they were not my favorite Brussels Sprouts. Broil on HIGH for 20 minutes or until the Brussels Sprouts are crispy.
 We sided the delicious Brussels Sprouts with a ground beef and vegetable mixture.
