I am a huge fan of the grill in the summer. I love when my husband fires up the grill.
This week, my family and I enjoyed a delicious steak with some potatoes from our food share.
I was trying to come up with a fun way to flavor these potatoes. I love the taste of a baked potato. Here is what I came up with!!!! :)
The Ingredients:
Potatoes - cut into chunks.
Chives
Basil
Parsley
RAW butter
Salt and Pepper
Garlic
The Directions:
In a foil pouch, add potatoes and all seasonings.
Heat grill to a medium - high. Add foil pouch to the top shelf for about 20 - 30 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
