As long as I can remember I have loved to cook and bake! Over the last year I have been making small changes in my recipes to make my meals and desserts a little bit more healthier. I would like to share some of my favorites and my experiments with you so you can add them into your recipes!
I will be honest some of my dishes are delicious and not that good for you while others but in the process of becoming healthier and others are more healthier and still delicious.
