Mulligatawny Soup with Venison

Thank you, Heather from All Kinds of Goodies, for the reminder of this great Seinfield clip! 


... no soup for you!

We are working on another version of the soup and it is going to be GREAT!

The Ingredients:
1 - 2 lbs ground venison
2 cups carrots, diced
3 parsnips, diced
1 onion, diced
1 small apple
4 cups chicken broth
1 can coconut milk
1 TBSP Parsley
1 TBSP Mild Red Curry
1 - 2 tsp garlic powder
1 - 2 tsp paprika
2 tsp nutmeg

Brussels Sprouts
Brussels cut in half
Olive Oil
Soy Sauce or Aminos
Lemon Pepper
tiny pinch of sea salt

Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes.
